Introducing...9 New Door Styles!

We’ve been working hard here at Panelform to bring you, not one, not two, but nine new door profiles!

You asked, we listened.

We are always listening to feedback from our customers and are always looking for new ways to improve and have been getting some feedback for quite some time now on door styles that our customers want to see – as well as some improvements on previous door styles we already have.

Two of the new door styles are part of a new series - the Diamond Series! Read on below to find out a little bit about each new door style.

Burnley - Diamond Series
Meet Burnley. Made from 21mm thick MDF, this door style is a modern twist on the classic shaker style door. This style features a 20mm frame with a recessed centre panel and 3mm radius edges. The 21mm thickness enables plenty of depth for standard hinge hole and fixing bracket drilling, making Burnley practical as well as stylish!

Whitley - Diamond Series
Whitley is a 21mm take on our ever-popular Kendal door. The 21mm thickness allows us to rout the centre panel to 7mm deep (frames are 53mm wide). Now you can have those deep profiled doors you've always wanted...in Durostyle!

Halifax - Platinum Series
Halifax - think Kendal with a 40mm frame. Classic shaker style doors meet modern households. We've been making these doors for some time as Kendal variation, so we thought, why not give it its own identity? Halifax sounds as good as it looks and is already proving to be a winner!

Croydon - Platinum Series
Contemporary profiled doors are in! Croydon has the smallest frame of any of our Durostyle door styles at 13mm wide. Routed to a shallower depth of 2mm, Croydon gives you the thin frame look without causing you issues with drilling (yes, with Croydon you can still use all your standard hinge and drawer front fixings).

Epsom 35 - Gold Series
Tongue and Groove can be used in an endless number of ways. Our new Epsom doors have a fixed line spacing, with the balance of the door width being split between the two outside stiles. 35mm line spacing can be used to complement both contemporary and traditional kitchens.

Epsom 10 - Platinum Series
As above, the Epsom 10 has a fixed 10mm line spacing.

Richmond - Silver Series
Richmond is based on our Stirling door style, but with a wider line spacing. This is a door our customers have been asking for, so here it is! Variable line spacing ranging between 72mm to 85mm.

Torbay - Platinum Series
Our wavy new addition! Featuring an ogee shape across the width of the door, this door style brings you endless design choices. Whether you’d like it as an elegant feature in your kitchen or a bold colour for your bathroom vanity or laundry – you can’t go wrong with Torbay.

New Ravenstone - Gold Series
New Ravenstone is a variation on our current Ravenstone, and will eventually replace it. New Ravenstone features the same internal shape but with a wider profile. We think it's a big improvement!

We hope you enjoy including all these new profiles in your designs. All door styles are available in any of our Durostyle colours, and 7 of the 9 will also be made available in our Prestyle MDF range (Burnley and Whitley are not available in Prestyle)
