As with most types of kitchen cabinet doors, heat from appliances such as hobs, kettles and toasters can damage Durostyle thermoformed doors. Ensure that hobs (especially gas hobs) are not left on with nothing on them, and kettles and toasters are pulled out from underneath overhead doors and on-bench pantries before use.
